If your week has been a lot, you are not alone. Between work, family and the constant noise of everyday life, switching off is easier said than done.
That is exactly what BurJuman Mall is leaning into with its Free Wellness Sessions, running every Friday at B Hub, Lobby E, Level 3.
These are not intense workshops or anything overly clinical. Think easy, accessible sessions focused on topics people are dealing with, from anxiety and stress to sleep, hormones and screen time. The idea is simple: pause, reset, and leave feeling a little more in control.
The series kicked off on 28 March with a session on managing anxiety, followed by a calming sound healing experience and a practical conversation around parenting in uncertain times. Each session has been designed to be useful, not overwhelming.
What’s coming up
The next four sessions are being hosted by BurJuman Mall in partnership with Unicare Medical Centre, with a focus on everyday wellbeing and common health concerns people are dealing with today:

Managing Everyday Stress - 22 May
Sleep, stress and screen time
Expect practical, real-life advice you can actually take away, whether it is managing stress better, understanding your health, or improving sleep habits.
Running until 22 May, the sessions are completely free to attend and open to everyone. No long-term commitment, no pressure, just an hour to focus on yourself.
