The PMMS project implemented by the RTA is a comprehensive and automated system designed to assess the condition of roads. Maitha bin Adai further explained that this system is specifically customized to track and evaluate various paving layers found in all types of roads.

It records the current state of the pavement, identifies damages that occur during the operational cycle of paving, and captures relevant data such as construction date, operational status, and maintenance procedures.

Regular inspection and maintenance of pavements are crucial to ensure their optimal condition and meet the safety and comfort requirements of road users.
