Emirates to Give 22-Week Bonus to Staff After Record Profit
Emirates posts record profits for the third year running, rewarding employees with hefty bonuses as long-haul travel demand remains robust.

Dubai-based airline, Emirates, will pay a 22-week bonus to eligible employees after posting a post-tax profit of AED 19.06 billion ($5.2 billion) for the year ended in March.
It posted an annual increase of 10.6 percent in profits as the demand for long-haul travel stayed strong despite geopolitical tensions.
The airline's revenue increased by six percent to AED 127.9 billion because the airline carried more than 53.6 million passengers during the fiscal year.
For Emirates, this is the third year in a row in which they have announced hefty bonuses for staff.
The airline also increased its workforce, recording a 9.5 per cent year-on-year rise to reach 69,465 employees in the last fiscal year.
For 2024-2025, Emirates and dnata announced combined dividends of six million dirhams for its owner, the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
