Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 21 January 2026 – Marking its arrival on Dubai’s dining scene, Orilla now introduces its Viva Orilla Brunch, inviting guests to gather and experience a fresh weekend ritual in one of the city’s fastest-growing residential districts.

Located on the 27th floor of Hotel Local in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Orilla offers a warm, easygoing setting that flows effortlessly from long lunches into sunset aperitivos and lively evenings. With sweeping views, soulful interiors, and a focus on connection and community, the restaurant is set to become a new go-to for residents and destination diners alike.

Running every weekend from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, Orilla’s brunch is centred around a family-sharing concept, encouraging guests to sample a variety of dishes while enjoying an open-bar experience. The menu reflects Orilla’s signature culinary identity—bringing together the bold simplicity of Mediterranean flavours with subtle Asian influences. Guests can expect vibrant sharing starters, refined comfort-style mains, and indulgent desserts, all designed to be enjoyed leisurely and in company.

The brunch opens with vibrant sharing plates such as Beef Carpaccio with pecorino, caper leaves and japanese aioli, Mussels Al Forno with herbs butter, and Yaki Tori glazed in ta-re sauce.

For mains, guests choose from refined comfort dishes including Black Angus Tagliata, slow-cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek with toasted orzo and truffle butter, and a delicately prepared Sea Bass Fillet finished with mojo verde. The experience concludes on a sweet note with indulgent desserts such as a filled Doughnut and a delicate Mille-Feuille layered with mascarpone cream.

Complementing the menu is a comprehensive open bar, featuring premium spirits, grapes selected by the sommelier, classic cocktails and signature serves including the Orilla Paperplane and Caffè Corretto—rounding off the brunch with a spirited yet relaxed finish.
