Eggs Mixture

1 1/2 tbsp butter
7 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
2 green chili
1 small onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 medium-sized tomatoes
Coriander leaves

    Add the butter to a big cooking saucepan that's been heated to a low-medium temperature. Add the finely chopped onion until soft for about 5 minutes, and gently sauté the ginger garlic paste, chili, and a few coriander leaves. Stir around the saucepan, add the seasonings, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add the eggs and salt. Cook the eggs and stir through after adding chopped coriander.
