Authorities in Ras Al Khaimah responded early Monday to reports of debris falling in the Al Hamra Village area after air defence systems successfully intercepted a drone, the Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office confirmed.

Officials stated that fragments from the intercepted aerial object fell onto the vicinity but caused only minor material impact and no injuries, underscoring the effectiveness of the UAE’s defensive systems in dealing with emerging threats.
The UAE has been operating at heightened alert in recent days amid escalating regional tensions following military actions and retaliatory attacks across the Gulf.
