 Life's long haul demands attention from all fronts: diet cranks up nutrition levels; lifestyle adjusts pace for balance sake - yeah right! Exercise? It counts too.  Physical activity proves potent. Boosts health, boosts wellbeing and yes – lifespan potential increases if done regular-like. But nope , going through motions won't cut it here . Routine's a trap when exercise is about actual benefits not just checking boxes off list daily or weekly whichever - means squat in the long run you feel me?
