Kicking off on Saturday 4th April, the new brunch sets the tone for weekends done properly. And to celebrate, all brunch packages will be 30% off for the first two weekends, so consider it your sign to gather your friends, settle in and make an afternoon of it.

Running every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, Hacienda Brunch draws inspiration from contemporary Mexican and Spanish dining traditions, where meals unfold slowly and conversation is as important as the food itself. Built around Sobremesa’s philosophy of connection and conviviality, the brunch invites guests to linger, share and indulge in a relaxed yet entertaining setting.

A Brunch Built for Sharing

The experience unfolds through a generous multi-course, share-style menu designed to move naturally around the table. It begins with the signature guacamole, prepared fresh and served tableside exclusively for brunch, setting the tone for an afternoon centred on generosity. Starters bring together a selection of delectable dishes including Shrimp Ceviche, Red Snapper Crudo, Tomato Carpaccio and a Baby Gem Caesar, offering a light and refreshing start to the experience.

The table then moves into a shared course of Loaded Nachos, before guests choose from a range of tortilla-led favourites such as Tacos, Quesadillas and brunch-exclusive dishes including Chilaquiles, Sobremesa Burrito and the grilled Carne Asada. The afternoon concludes with a choice of classic desserts including the Family-Style Tres Leches, Churros and Mexican Flan, bringing the experience to an indulgent close.

Sangria, Spirits & Cocktails

Complementing the menu is a lively drinks programme anchored by Sobremesa’s signature Sangria, served in both red and white variations alongside a non-alcoholic option. Brunch cocktails include playful creations such as the Sgroppino Margarita with tequila, strawberry and cava, and the Sherry Mojito featuring oloroso sherry, elderflower liqueur, mint and lime. 

Guests can choose from three packages, starting with a soft drinks and non-alcoholic Sangria experience, progressing to unlimited Sangria, Cocktails, Beers and Wines, and culminating in a premium package including Cava and selected Spirits with Mixers. 

A Lively Hacienda Atmosphere

True to Sobremesa’s vibrant spirit, the afternoon is designed to feel celebratory and full of life. A live DJ set provides the soundtrack, while a playful Ronda De La Casa moment presents an on-the-house round of tequila for everyone, adding a light-hearted touch to the experience.
