Abhishek Bachchan & Vicky Kaushal to Host IIFA 2023 in Abu Dhabi

Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal are set to host the upcoming International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend & Awards in Abu Dhabi's Etihad Arena on May 26th and 27th. 

"IIFA is like family to me and it gives me immense pleasure to celebrate the very best of the extraordinary range that Indian cinema has to offer," Bachchan said.

The highly anticipated two-day event was originally set to return to Etihad Arena this month, but then was postponed until May, Etihad Arena's Instagram account posted.

The event is usually held in a different city every year, but is returning to Abu Dhabi for the second consecutive time. 

This year's event will mark the 23rd edition of IIFA Weekend & Awards.

The IIFA 2023 is dedicated to building bridges across cinemas, businesses, communities, and nations.

Other Bollywood stars, including Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar, and Kriti Sanon are scheduled to entertain the audience with live performances during the event.

Last year, over 20,000 fans attended the prestigious event, IIFA said.
