Abu Dhabi Named Best Luxury Holiday Destination in the World

Abu Dhabi, UAE has ranked the first best luxury holiday destination in the world with the second most percentage of 5-star hotels, according to a study published by Slingo.

Here is a list of the top 10 best luxury holiday destinations in the world:

7. Punta Cana
8. Koh Samui
9. Bali
10. Cancun

Abu Dhabi is home to world-class beaches and year-round sunshine, with a luxury destination score of 8.17/10. It is an obvious choice for a luxury getaway.

Meanwhile, Bequia tops the list of 5-star retreats with 42% of its hotels being awarded a 5-star rating, followed by Abu Dhabi in second place, with 22% of its hotels carrying a 5-star rating.

The study looked at the very best fine-dining restaurants, hotels, and spas around the world.
