A new interstellar comet called 3I ATLAS is being followed closely by scientists since it has made an abrupt change to its direction. These are objects which are not a part of our solar system and they travel at great speed. They are uncommon and every minute shift in their direction is of great interest. Researchers are analyzing new evidence of how the comet will alter its path before it makes inroads into the Gemini region of the sky.
