Archaeologists in the northern part of Asia have found traces of a huge, 2,000-year-old defensive complex commonly referred to as the “Great Wall of Siberia). The finding indicates that early civilizations in the territory constructed massive land-based features and fortifications long before it was thought by some. Scientists are of the opinion that the structure could have played strategic and cultural roles, transforming knowledge about the ancient Siberian civilizations and their aptitude to organize large-scale construction in rough terrain therefore.
