DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 3 April 2026: The LEGO Group is teaming up with Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, and Vini Jr. to celebrate the magic of football alongside kids and families from all over the world – because everyone wants a piece of the game!

With the FIFA World Cup 2026™ just around the corner and football fever at an all-time high, fans can now build their treasured players through a brand-new lineup of LEGO® Editions sets featuring these four pitch legends revealed today. The new sets invite fans to build, display and celebrate their passion for the sport at home while paying tribute to the creativity, unique flair and signature style of each player, complete with hidden easter eggs for true fans to discover.

The LEGO Group today also revealed an exclusive image of the four players building the LEGO® Editions FIFA World Cup™ Official Trophy set, available for purchase on LEGO.com, in LEGO branded stores and selected retailers worldwide. Fans should stay tuned for further exciting content featuring the four football icons on LEGO channels in the coming months.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, and Vini Jr. also shared their reflections and excitement about their unique LEGO models, allowing them to replay memorable moments from their careers.

The ‘Football Highlights’ sets for ages 10+ capture a cinematic snapshot of each player. These sets are built on letter-shaped bases, featuring colour cues from each player’s national team, jersey numbers and a collectible plaque, plus a LEGO minifigure of the player to bring the moment to life.

• For fans who want to honour CR7, the LEGO® Editions Cristiano Ronaldo – Football Highlights (43012) forms a sculptural R-shaped brick base showing Portugal’s colours and Ronaldo’s iconic CR7. Inside the 490-piece model, fans can find detailed easter eggs tracing Ronaldo’s journey, alongside a Ronaldo LEGO minifigure and a collectible plaque.

• Speed, precision and French style come to life in the LEGO® Editions
  Kylian Mbappé – Football Highlights (43013) set. Built on an elegant M-shaped brick base with France’s national colours and a standout number 10, representing his jersey number. The 490-piece display gives fans a chance to celebrate Mbappé’s rise and fame and includes a Mbappé LEGO minifigure, a collectible plaque and intriguing details.
   
• LEGO® Editions Lionel Messi – Football Highlights (43011) set lets fans recreate a moment of Messi magic built on a M-shaped brick base featuring Argentina’s national colours and a prominent ‘10’ as the jersey number. The 500-piece display opens a world of discoveries, easter-eggs, Messi’s background, a Messi LEGO minifigure and a collectible plaque that revolves around the scene.

• The LEGO® Editions Vini Jr. – Football Highlights (43027) set is a burst of Brazilian energy, built around a V-shaped brick base with Brazil’s national colours and Vini Jr.’s signature number 7. The 510-piece model includes a Vini Jr. LEGO minifigure in his goal-scoring pose, a collectible plaque, and references to his journey in the football field.

In addition, two “Football Legend” sets also for ages 10+ offer display-scale figures of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. The sets aim to enhance the building experience by offering two different ways to build their football icon.

• The LEGO® Editions Cristiano Ronaldo – Football Legend Set (43016) gives fans two signature ways to celebrate CR7, with the explosive “Siuuu” pose or performing his iconic bicycle kick. The 854-piece model features a larger CR7 backdrop, a printed plaque and a brand-new co-molded face and new football ball element.

• The LEGO® Editions Lionel Messi – Football Legend Set (43015) is made of 958 LEGO elements. Fans will get to enjoy assembling with two building options - one that creates the Messi figure in his signature victory pose pointing towards the sky after scoring a goal or a dynamic running pose that reenacts him dribbling across the field. The set also includes a large number 10, MESSI lettering, printed name plaque and a new football ball element. 

A final LEGO® Editions Lionel Messi – Celebration (43018) set is also available for pre-order as of today. The 1,427-element set for ages 14+ is a striking piece of 3D wall art featuring Messi in his signature victory pose – pointing toward the sky. The display highlights his iconic “Number 10” striped jersey and is packed with Easter eggs that nod to his life and career.
