The Portuguese international, who severed connections with Manchester United back in November, has reportedly signed a contract to join Saudi club Al-Nassr. According to reports, the player signed the contract on Friday. The club expects to officially announce the player's signing after their match against Al-Khaleej on Saturday.

As his retirement neared, he made a decision that will effectively mark the end of his peak playing career but ensure he is very well funded. In addition to a salary that is well over $1 million a week, Ronaldo's revenues might more than treble through the sale of his image rights.
