Are you planning a trip from the UAE to India soon? Please note that there is a new travel requirement you must complete before boarding your flight. India has introduced the Air Suvidha 2.0 portal, which is a mandatory online health declaration form for all international passengers arriving in the country.

This new rule applies to everyone, including UAE citizens, Indian expats, and all other international travellers. Even if you have not visited any high-risk countries, you must still fill out this form before you fly.

Here is your quick and easy step-by-step guide to filling out the Air Suvidha 2.0 form.

Step 1: Gather Your Travel Documents

Before you start, please make sure you have your passport and flight ticket details ready. You will need your passport number, flight number, and travel dates to complete the form.

Step 2: Visit the Official Portal

Go to the official website at airsuvidha.civilaviation.gov.in. You can also scan the QR codes provided by your airline or at the airport check-in counters in the UAE to access the form directly.

Step 3: Enter Your Details and Verify

Fill in your personal information and flight details carefully. You will need to verify your mobile number using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone, so please keep your mobile device handy.

Step 4: Complete the Health Declaration

You will be asked to declare your travel history for the past 21 days. The form will ask if you have visited countries like the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, or South Sudan, or if you have experienced any health symptoms. If you have not visited these places, simply select "none of the above" and proceed. This step is mandatory for every single traveller.

Step 5: Save Your Confirmation

Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation number and an email acknowledgement. Please take a screenshot or download this document. You will need to show this to immigration officers when you land in India to ensure a smooth and quick entry.
