Vegan Chocolate Mousse

1 cup (180 grams) dark chocolate, melted
2 ½ cups (600 grams) silken tofu
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
A small pinch of salt
