Butter Chicken Lasagna

1 pound lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (from butter chicken or grilled chicken)
1 cup butter chicken sauce
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the Lasagna Noodles

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Layer the Butter Chicken Mixture

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the butter chicken sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna

    Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
