Feta Grilled Cheese

4 slices of bread (your choice of white, whole wheat, or multigrain)
150g feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

    Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and allow it to preheat while you prepare the sandwiches.
  2. Assemble the Sandwiches

    Take two slices of bread and spread a generous layer of crumbled feta cheese on one side of each slice. Sprinkle with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Close the Sandwiches

    Place the remaining two slices of bread on top of the feta-covered slices to form sandwiches.
  4. Butter the Bread

    Spread a thin layer of butter on the outer side of each sandwich. This will ensure a golden and crispy exterior when grilled.
