Heads up, drivers! Parkin just rolled out a brand-new paid parking zone in Al Khail Gate, and this one runs 24/7, Sundays included. Called Zone 365N, the full-day parking rate is set at Dh30.
How Much You’ll Pay
For those who don’t need the full day, here’s the hourly breakdown for both peak and off-peak hours (yep, same rates):
-
1 hour: Dh4
-
3 hours: Dh10
-
5 hours: Dh14
-
9 hours: Dh22
-
Full 24 hours: Dh30
So whether it’s daytime hustle or late-night errands, your wallet’s on the clock.
What Else Has Parkin Done?
If you missed it, Parkin introduced variable pricing earlier this year in other Dubai zones like Mirdif, where parking is still free on Sundays and holidays (unlike Al Khail Gate). They also launched monthly subscriptions, letting you register up to 3 vehicles, though only one can be parked at a time.
Plus, with over 10,000 new parking spots added recently, Parkin’s business is booming—posting Dh273.3 million in revenue in Q1 2025.
