Dubai International Airport (DXB) just made arriving in the city a little more exciting — travelers are now greeted with a special “Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30” passport stamp.

The initiative, launched by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), aims to spread the spirit of health and wellness that defines the annual Dubai Fitness Challenge. It’s Dubai’s way of saying, “Welcome to a city that never sits still!”

Promoting Wellness, Dubai-Style

The move aligns with the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, who started the 30×30 challenge to encourage everyone — residents and visitors — to stay active for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

Brigadier Faisal Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Assistant Director General for the Airports Sector, said the new stamp sends a clear message: Dubai is all about movement, energy, and positive living.
“Through the 30×30 Fitness Challenge stamp, we celebrate the spirit of Dubai — a city that never stops moving,” he said.

More Than Just a Stamp

Beyond the ink, the stamp stands as a symbol of Dubai’s commitment to health, innovation, and hospitality. It’s a small detail that carries a big message — that fitness and wellness are part of the city’s DNA.

GDRFA Dubai hopes the initiative inspires visitors to not just see Dubai, but also experience it actively — from its scenic jogging routes to its community fitness events happening citywide this month.
