Global Village Confirms Ramadan 2026 Timings, Shows, and Iftar Spots

Dubai’s Global Village is switching things up for Ramadan 2026—and yes, that means later nights, mood lighting, and plenty of reasons to stay out after iftar.

Now in its 30th season, the outdoor destination has confirmed special Ramadan timings, fresh experiences, and a packed lineup designed for easygoing nights with friends and family.

Ramadan Opening Hours at Global Village

During Ramadan 2026, Global Village will open daily at 5pm.

From Sunday to Wednesday, gates stay open until 1am. On weekends—Thursday to Saturday—visitors can hang out until 2am. Perfect if you’re the type who likes post-iftar walks, late dinners, or just soaking in the night atmosphere.

A Ramadan Look Made for Night Strolls

Expect the park to lean fully into the Ramadan mood. Think glowing lanterns, crescent displays, warm lighting, and plenty of photo spots that feel festive without being over the top. It’s calm, cosy, and very night-friendly.

Multaqa: A New Majlis-Style Hangout

New this season is Multaqa Global Village, a free-to-access, tent-style seating area inspired by traditional majlis gatherings.

Located in front of the Main Stage, Multaqa is designed for slowing down. Guests can grab food from nearby kiosks, rent traditional games on-site, and settle in for conversations during iftar, suhoor, or late-night visits. It’s casual, welcoming, and open to all ages.

Live Shows and Night Entertainment

Ramadan nights at Global Village come with a curated entertainment lineup on the Main Stage. Expect soulful performances featuring orchestra, oud, nay, harp, violin, and the traditional Tannoura dance—set to match the reflective tone of the season.

The talk show Akher Kalam, hosted by Maitha Mohammed, will run from February 18 to March 18 at 11pm.

Meanwhile, Al Mandoos Live Game Show, hosted by Abdulla Esmaeel, takes over the Main Stage at 9.30pm across three consecutive weekends starting Friday, February 20.

To top it off, a special drone show will light up the sky on Friday, February 20 at 9.30pm.

Iftar and Suhoor From Around the World

Food-wise, Global Village doesn’t hold back. Visitors can choose from more than 250 dining options across the Restaurant Plaza, kiosks, pavilions, street stalls, and cafés.

Whether you’re breaking your fast, grabbing suhoor, or just snacking late, there’s something for every craving.

Ramadan Shopping in One Stop

With 30 cultural pavilions representing over 90 cultures, Global Village turns into a Ramadan shopping hub. From décor and clothing to gifts, sweets, and food essentials, it’s an easy stop for Eid prep without hopping between malls.

Walk It Off With the Ramadan Step Challenge

For those trying to balance food and movement, the Ramadan Step Challenge is back. Available through the Global Village mobile app, guests who complete 10,000 steps in one visit can unlock rewards—basically motivation to explore every corner of the park.
