Global Village Set To Embrace Ramadan Spirit!

With the recently announced extension of its 26th season, Global Village will be embracing the spirit of Ramadan by providing visitors with a multitude of possibilities to learn about Ramadan traditions from many nations and cultures, which will undoubtedly be a learning experience! 

Throughout the holy month, the multicultural family-friendly attraction will be organized with Ramadan customs! Majlis of the World was first opened in the 25th season for guests to enjoy Iftar and Suhoor after a wonderful day of shopping. This year, Majlis of the World is back and bolder.

Starting April 1st the opening hours will be from 6pm - 2am.

The 26 various pavilions will be loaded with the appropriate Ramadan and Eid presents, and the Global Village will be decked with lights, ambient entertainment, and soothing décor! 

Visitors may enjoy a broad choice of mouthwatering foods around the Global Village, and the Majlis of the World will be accessible for a unique Iftar or Suhoor experience while enjoying traditional entertainment and a range of board games. An Iftar cannon will be placed adjacent to the Majlis to announce the end of the fast! 

Booking for your family Iftar or Suhoor at the majlis will be available through the Global Village app, with six people costing 150 AED for 2 hours or the entire evening for 200 AED.

Visitors looking for stunning Eid outfits can visit the Morocco pavilion for gorgeous gowns and abayas. If you're looking for something to spice up the smell of your house during Ramadan, consider visiting Bahrain or the UAE pavilions for some bakhoor. Visit Saudi Arabia and Yemen for honey and spices!
