Oystra by Zaha Hadid Architects Unveiled in RAK

Richmind has officially entered the UAE real estate market with the launch of Oystra, a bold new residential development designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Located on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, Oystra is already turning heads as a future landmark, combining luxury living with jaw-dropping design in one of the UAE’s top entertainment and gaming destinations.

With prices starting at AED 2.9 million, and handover expected in Q1 2029, Oystra is bringing something totally new to the region’s property scene, think sculptural forms, world-class amenities, and waterfront views, all in one package.

A Grand Launch With Global Energy

To celebrate the launch, Richmind pulled off an exclusive event at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, featuring a live performance by global music icon Craig David. The night also spotlighted the winner of Richmind’s “Sing Your Way To 30K” competition, local Nigerian artist Edenojie, who wowed the crowd with his original music and walked away with AED 30,000 in prize money. It was a night that reflected Richmind’s mission: support creative talent, celebrate global artistry, and push boundaries.

More Than Just Apartments, This Is Statement Living

Oystra will offer a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments, as well as premium duplexes, penthouses, and waterfront villas. Each unit is designed to make the most of Arabian Gulf views, using top-tier materials and finishes.

  • The Emirate’s first 360-degree rooftop infinity pool
  • Curated wellness and leisure areas (think yoga pavilions, paddle courts, and a golf simulator)

  • Five-star concierge services for effortless living

Designed to Inspire, Built to Impress

Speaking about the project, Richmind CEO Mohammad Rafiee called Oystra “a jewel in our development portfolio.” He added, “It’s not just about creating a home, it’s about setting a new benchmark for design and lifestyle in the region.”

Zaha Hadid Architects has drawn inspiration from the surrounding sea and sky. “The architecture has a sense of motion and openness,” said Christos Passas, Director of Design at ZHA. “It’s sculptural, yet livable, blending form and function in a way that’s rare.”

Oystra is also being brought to life by an elite global team: HBA is leading interior design, Dewan Architects is handling architecture, and Cracknell is shaping the landscape.
