Greek Chicken Meatballs

500g ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the Meatballs

  4. Check for Doneness
