What Is Stealing Britain's Sleep?

The average adult in Britain gets just six hours and 15 minutes of sleep per night, with more than two-thirds of Brits not achieving the recommended seven hours of sleep, according to research conducted by Benenden Health using YouGov data. Factors such as lifestyle, work and social pressures, financial concerns and shift work all contribute to making sleep deficiency an ongoing concern for much of the nation.
