Yas Island Launches an AI Assistant to Help Visitors

Abu Dhabi's Yas Island has launched an AI assistant to help visitors get personal guidance and gain information about the island's latest offers.

The leading creator of immersive destinations in Abu Dhabi Miral and Microsoft have collaborated to launch this generative AI customer-facing service. 

Miral has leveraged ChatGPT through Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service to provide visitors with improved customer service.

Miral aims to use both Azure OpenAI Service and ChatGPT to help visitors plan their visit to Yas Island's theme parks and the use of the AI assistant will create a more seamless customer service. 

Yas Island is home to theme parks like Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros., and World Abu Dhabi. The island is also home to the Formula 1 race track, a golf course, a beach, luxury hotels, a shopping mall, and much more.
