The stunning visual experience of World Art Dubai is returning for its 9th edition in 2023 from Thursday, March 9th, until Sunday, March 12th.

Here are all the details about World Art Dubai 2023:

The fair

World Art Dubai will host over 300 galleries and solo artists from over 50 countries worldwide to feature more than 4,000 pieces of art under one roof. There will be a wide spectrum of art on display, from styles such as street art to Arabic calligraphy. It is a creative and inspiring environment for artists and non-artists alike! World Art Dubai brings people from all over the art scene together, such as investors, art critics, those who enjoy collecting art, and simply people who want it! 

It is one of the largest art fairs in the world, and did we forget to mention one of the most affordable too? What a steal!

Main goal

World Art Dubai's main aim is to make art accessible to a wider audience, with prices starting from as little as AED367 ($100). It allows people to appreciate and buy masterpieces to claim and hang in their homes. World Art Dubai also allows artists to engage with each other and learn how culture and geographical locations affect art. 

Location & ticket prices

Hosted at Dubai World Trade Center, tickets start at AED10 ($2.81) for children and AED20 ($5.61) for adults. Kids under 12 years enter for free.

Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Programmes

Workshops: Flower Drawing Workshop by Vidisha Pandey, Fashion Design by Diyali Bhalla, Beading by Lita Mathews and Paulomi, and Expressive Abstract by Shiba Khan.

Talks: ART and Numbers by Pari Sagar, Embracing the Journey: Redefining Artistic Success by Seth Benzel, Your simple guide to the Art Market by Anastasia Kopijevski, and UAE Guide for New Artists by Lisa Isabel Ball-Lechgar.

Performances: Art Walk by WAD Exhibitors and Artists, Drawing Performance of Chinese Ink by Seirei Suzuki, Japanese Samurai Calligrapher's Sumi painting by Tyjun Nagayama, Gold Glitter Portrait by Yulia Verigina, and Sumi Art Japanese Ink Painting Show by Murakami Izumi.

All workshops are taking place in WAD Studio, all talks are taking place in Think Tank Area, and all performances will take place on Main Stage.

Parking spaces are available, including Shaikh Rashid Tower Parking, Exhibition Street Multi-storey Parking, and Al Mustaqbal Street Parking, and there will be multiple options available for food and refreshments.
