Renowned for its signature approach to seasonal dining, the destination once again invites guests to pause, gather, and reconnect this holy month with a thoughtfully curated Iftar set menu that reflects the spirit of reflection, generosity, and togetherness that defines Ramadan. Bringing together bold Peruvian flavours with subtle regional influences, the experience offers a refined yet comforting way to break the fast with family and friends.

Available daily from sunset throughout Ramadan, COYA Dubai’s Iftar set menu is priced at AED 249 per person. The menu begins with Sukari dates and COYA’s signature guacamole, served alongside avocado, corn tortillas and shrimp crackers, followed by a comforting Caramelised Celeriac Soup with caramelised onion, lemon confit, goat cheese and puffed rice.

The Iftar experience continues with a large selection of appetisers served to share, reflecting COYA’s philosophy of communal dining. Highlights include Tomato Tataki with compressed watermelon and basil powder, Avocado Maki with shiitake mushroom, ají limo and quinoa, Smoked Corn Salad, Chilean Seabass Croquettes, Slow Cooked Short Rib Baos, and Chicken Skewers glazed with yellow chilli, kombu and mirin.

For the main course, guests may select one dish from a thoughtfully curated selection designed to suit every palate. Options range from Confit Chicken Leg with mayacoba beans and miso, and Lomo Saltado with bavette steak and smoked soy, to Slow Cooked Short Ribs, Robata Grilled Seabream Fillet, Miso Chilean Seabass Cazuela, and a comforting Mushroom Rice Hot Pot for plant-based diners. The meal is accompanied by a side of COYA Fries with smoked tomato and Peruvian cheese sauce.

To conclude the Iftar on a sweet note, COYA Dubai presents the Saffron Pavlova, a delicate dessert featuring dates cream, figs, and passion fruit & mango ice cream, offering an elegant fusion of Peruvian technique with Arabian-inspired flavours.

Rooted in the values of sharing and connection, COYA Dubai’s much-loved Ramadan Iftar experience returns as a contemporary interpretation of the season’s traditions. Thoughtfully crafted and elegantly presented, it invites guests to slow down, come together, and create meaningful moments around the table throughout Ramadan.
