22 March 2023, Dubai, UAE: One&Only Royal Mirage has announced enchanting dining experiences throughout the Holy Month, where intricate Arabian architecture and timeless Arabian hospitality provide an unforgettable setting for an enthralling Ramadan.

An authentic Moroccan Iftar at Tagine

Each evening, Iftar is served at Moroccan restaurant, Tagine, where a curated menu of soups, savoury filo pastries, flavour-packed salads, melt-in-the-mouth tagines, spiced kebabs, grilled seafood with authentic herbs and spices, and fluffy couscous and saffron rice are served at the intimate majlis-style alcove tables, amid authentic décor. Guests will be whisked away on a gastronomic tour of Morocco, with a six-course menu designed especially for the occasion, which alternates nightly. The warm scents of cinnamon, saffron, cloves, ginger and nutmeg will envelop the senses while the cosy coloured lanterns and live music set a perfect scene for an unforgettable Ramadan night. Tea and coffee and kanafa with freshly sliced fruits along with Moroccan tea and coffee are included.

An enchanting Suhoor at Palace Courtyard

The Palace Courtyard is offering tantalizing sharing menus, created especially for the Holy Month. The sharing menu starts with traditional dips and salads including hummus, moutabal, tabouleh, fattoush, and babaganoush, followed by a selection of freshly baked cheese and meat sambousek, kebbeh, and spinach fatayer with Arabic bread. The mixed grill follows with shish taouk, lamb kofta, lamb kebab, and lamb chops, and finally a platter of Arabic sweets and sliced fruits to finish is served.

A Suhoor under the stars at Arabian Courtyard

Atmospheric and surrounded by traditional architecture and open to the night sky, the Arabian Courtyard is an inviting destination for family and group evenings. With Majlis style seating, enchanting music, and menus of traditional Arabic dishes such as succulent mixed grills, delicious manakeesh, and a wide selection of cold and hot mezzeh as well as traditional sweets, fresh juices, and teas and coffees, this Suhoor is undoubtedly one to remember.
