Abu Dhabi is gearing up to launch its inaugural microbrewery and gastropub, CRAFT by Side Hustle, slated to open this month at The Galleria Al Maryah Island. The establishment is brought to by the team behind Side Hustle Brews & Spirits, the UAE’s original homegrown craft brand.

At CRAFT by Side Hustle, patrons can indulge in on-site produced hops, witnessing the microbrewery process firsthand. The venue promises a diverse menu featuring mixed drinks, specialty coffee, and high-quality pub fare becoming the first company to make alcohol in the region legally.

Drawing inspiration from South Louisiana smokehouses, the menu boasts Cajun po’boys, jambalaya, shrimp and grits, smoked brisket, and spent grain pretzels with hot butter.

With a commitment to delivering innovative and authentic food and beverage experiences, CRAFT by Side Hustle is set to become Abu Dhabi’s premier craft microbrewery. Outdoor seating provides patrons with scenic views of Al Maryah Island’s waterfront promenade and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
