MICHELIN Guide Food Festival Kicks Off in Abu Dhabi on This Date

The MICHELIN Guide has announced its first-ever regional Food Festival in Abu Dhabi next month to encourage guests to 'Discover the Art of Flavour.' 

The three-day food festival is set to take place at the Louvre Abu Dhabi Park from December 8th until December 10th.

This move comes in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi as part of Abu Dhabi Culinary Season. 

The event will showcase a host of activities led by 16 chefs from local and international MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurants. Each chef will present a specially curated menu that celebrates their regional cuisine.

Here are some of the MICHELIN Star restaurants featured:

• JL Studio - Three MICHELIN Stars, Taichung 
• La Scene – Two MICHELIN Stars, Paris
• SORN – Two MICHELIN Stars, Bangkok 
• Hakkasan Abu Dhabi – One MICHELIN Star, Abi Dhabi
• Credo – One MICHELIN Star and Green Star, Trondheim
• Talea – One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi
• 99 Sushi Bar – One MICHELIN Star, Abu Dhabi

The food festival will offer specially curated menus, exclusive dishes, a Chef's Table event, a selection of culinary masterclasses, and a marketplace.
