Most expensive villa in Dubai sold

Dubai is known for its extravagant lifestyle, whether it is through food and restaurants or even skyscrapers and architecture. A villa in Palm Jumeirah is set to be the most expensive property of the year.

The expensive villa is sold for DHS111.25 million, earlier this year as it was listed on the market back in 2020.

The modern and elegant architecture and how spacious it is besides to its location is what makes this villa to be so expensive.

 

The villa is purchased by a Swiss family from Monaco after eyeing it for a while now and post the sale of the villa, Managing Director at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty said, "Due to the ‘wow factor’ of the villa and the video receiving over million views, you would get many people wanting to see the villa in person. However, only a small percentage of the clients had the actual budget, so we had to shield the villa from this, carrying out the necessary due diligence on clients visiting."
