Most Expensive Penthouse in Dubai Sold for AED 500 Million

A Como Residences penthouse in Dubai just sold for a record-breaking AED 500 million, making it the third most expensive penthouse ever sold in the world, after London and Monaco.

The sale was facilitated by the real estate agency Provident Estate.

The five-bedroom penthouse sprawls over 21,949 square feet. On completion, residents will enjoy exclusive access via a private elevator.

The ultra-luxurious 71-storey Como Residences is set to open in the third quarter of 2027. It will be constructed on an empty plot on the Palm Jumeirah, at the gateway to Palma Residences.

This sale blows the previous real estate record for the most expensive apartment sold in Dubai, which was sold at AED 420 million.
