Kulfi Falooda

4 Kulfi ice cream sticks (flavor of choice)
1 cup falooda sev (vermicelli)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup basil seeds (sabja)
1/2 cup mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds), chopped
Rose syrup and Rooh Afza for drizzling
