Spaghetti Aglio Olio

3 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1-2 tsp of chilli flakes
3 tbsp chopped parsley
120 g uncooked spaghetti

  1. Prepare the Spaghetti

    Cook the spaghetti according to packaged instructions with heavily salted water. Be sure to save the pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Garlic

    Heat up the olive oil in a pan and add in the garlic.
  3. Spice it Up

    Once slightly golden, add in the chilli flakes.
  4. Emulsify with Pasta Water

    Add in 1/4 cup of the pasta water and stir till it emulsifies.
  5. Combine with Spaghetti

  6. Final Touch with Parsley
