Work Back on Track at Wynn Al Marjan Resort After Brief Construction Pause

Construction at the highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort is moving again.

Developer Wynn Resorts confirmed that work at the massive resort project in Ras Al Khaimah has resumed after a brief pause triggered by the ongoing regional conflict.

The company said the halt was temporary and that construction teams are now back on site.

Safety Measures in Place

In a statement, Wynn Resorts said the pause was implemented as a precaution.

“Our project construction has resumed following a short pause. Steps have been taken to ensure the safety and security of all employees working on site,” the company said.

No additional disruptions to the project timeline were announced.

One of the UAE’s Biggest Upcoming Resorts

The Wynn Al Marjan project is a multi-billion-dollar development currently rising on Al Marjan Island.

Once completed, the resort is expected to include hotels, entertainment venues, luxury retail, and gaming facilities — making it one of the most ambitious tourism projects in the northern emirate.

Despite the short construction pause, the project continues to move forward as one of the region’s most closely watched resort developments.
