  • Waits roughly two minutes

  • Receives a fresh, hot meal — including dishes such as biryani or pizza, depending on availability

No questions are asked. The Emirates ID system ensures that the service is accessible in a fair way while preserving dignity for those who need it most.

Technology Meets Compassion

The latest phase of the initiative has upgraded the smart devices with features like:
