Dubai's Famous Filipino Restaurant Dampa Seafood Grill Has Reopened!

The beloved Filipino restaurant Dampa Seafood Grill in Deira, Dubai has reopened to serve its scrumptious seafood yet again after six months of closure.

The restaurant is located near the Centurion Tower of Port Saeed. The restaurant was shut down in August 2023, when there was a fire accident, which destroyed its interior.

The cause of the fire remains unknown and the restaurant has not released any statements or updates about reopening, but Dampa Seafood Grill in Deira is open yet again!

The restaurant was the first restaurant in the UAE to introduce the seafood dining concept, known as dampa, to the Emirates. 

In 2022, Dampa Seafood Grill was named the 'Favorite Local Gem' at the Expo Eat Awards and with renewed operations in Dubai,  it will continue to remain a favorite among the expat community in Dubai.
