1 cup black olives, rings

2 cups of rough chopped lettuce

1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes

1 onion, cut into wings

2 tablespoons of hot sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to prepare

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pomegranate molasses, black pepper and hot chili.

Put green and black olives, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, parsley and cucumber in a bowl, and stir.

Add the olive oil mixture to the salad and stir, then garnish with parsley leaves and cubes of feta cheese.

Ingredients

1 chicken

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon of plain flour

Seasoning (ground black pepper, paprika powder, chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander)

1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

2 chicken broth cube

2 1/2 cups of water

How to prepare

Roast the chicken the way you like it in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown.

Put the olive oil in a medium saucepan, add the onion and stir for 2-3 minutes or until wilted, then add the garlic and capsicum and stir the ingredients for two minutes, then add the flour.

Add black pepper, paprika, hot pepper, cumin, coriander, tomato, tomato paste and chicken stock cubes, then stir for 3 minutes and add water.

Bring the ingredients to a boil over a high heat, then put the heat on top and leave with stirring time to time for 10 minutes.

Cut the roasted chicken into pieces, put it on a serving plate and pour the sauce over it.

1/2 cup of butter

1 cup of coarse semolina

1 cup of powdered milk

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 packet of condensed milk

2 boxes of cream

Coconut to garnish

How to prepare

Melt the butter on low heat, then add semolina, powdered milk and powdered sugar, and stir over a low heat until the mixture becomes golden.

Add to the previous mixture the condensed milk and cream and stir until the ingredients are mixed together.

Leave the mixture to cool a little, then shape it into small balls.

Dip it in coconut, then serve.
