Emirates Launches Direct Flights to Montréal for First Time

Emirates, the flag carrier of Dubai, launched its inaugural passenger flight to Montréal on Wednesday.

Montréal serves as the airline's second Canadian gateway.

The airline's North American network now includes 14 destinations and a total of 18 across the Americas with the addition of the new daily route to Montréal, which complements Emirates' seven weekly services to Toronto.

Through Dubai, the route will connect travellers to Canada from places like Lebanon, India, Iran, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Africa.

With eight private suites in First Class, 42 lie-flat seats in Business Class, and more than 300 roomy seats in Economy Class for the daily service, Emirates will fly its three-class Boeing 777-300ER on the route.
