Emirates to Offer Premium Economy on Routes to India Starting October

If you are planning to travel from Dubai, you can now enjoy new premium Economy service to selected Indian cities: Mumbai and Bengaluru. Emirates Airlines made an announcement that this offer will be available to travelers flying to and from Mumbai & Bengaluru, and will be effective starting October 29.

“Emirates will operate its newly retrofitted flagship A380 aircraft to these two popular Indian points, featuring the new Premium Economy seats, as well as refreshed interiors that provide an elevated experience in all other cabin classes,” the airline stated0 on Tuesday.

Luxurious seats with more legroom are offered in the Premium Economy class. Bookings for these seats can be instantly available for travel starting from October 29.

Emirates reports huge progress in the deployment of upgraded and enhanced four-class configuration Emirates A380 aircraft, the carrier said. “Premium Economy will be deployed on flights to more global destinations.”

The offering is currently available on flights to nine destinations internationally, including US points New York JFK, San Francisco and Houston, in addition to London Heathrow, Sydney, Auckland, Christchurch, Melbourne and Singapore.

Starting in July, Premium Economy cabins will be introduced on flights to Los Angeles, expanding the number of routes featuring this distinctive product to a total of 12 by the end of 2023.
