Free Digitalized Version of Emirates ID is Now Available

Whether you lost your Emirates ID or it needs renewal, there are three possible methods you can do it digitally for free. This includes using the ICP app, the 'UAEICP' website, or the UAE Pass app, which is the national digital identity platform for citizens and residents in the UAE.

The UAE Pass app

The UAE Pass app offers a single sign-on feature for multiple government websites, giving users the ability to access thousands of services with just one account.

The app can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and then it requires registration by entering the Emirates ID number.

The ‘UAEICP’ app
The ‘UAEICP’ app is a friendly application for both Apple and Android devices. It needs user log in with the UAE Pass account to access their digital Emirates ID.

Emirates ID through QR code

If your Emirates ID has expired and you are waiting for a new one, you can generate a Quick Response code using the UAEICP app, allowing you to complete transactions and processes that require ID verification.

Applicable for both Android and Apple devices.

To generate a QR code for your Emirates ID and access its information, it is not necessary to create an account. All you need is your passport information, unified number, or Emirates ID number to proceed.
