Guest Happiness Team– Smiles with no limits

Al Ain Zoo’s Guest Happiness Team works to bring happiness without limits and ensure smiles of the faces of all visitors to Al Ain Zoo. Each member of the team strives to show visitors the beautiful and educational aspects of the Zoo.

Guest Happiness Team– Smiles with no limitsThe team provides various services, including the popular zoo map that helps visitors to find their way around the vast zoo expanse giving them the chance to explore it easily. Furthermore, visitors can obtain all zoo-related information through the Guest Happiness Centre and information desks.

The Guest Happiness Centre also manages the "Marhaba Al Sa'a", an orientation tour where visitors receive a map, an overview of services, facilities, and new projects in the Zoo. The team also receives suggestions and queries, conducts surveys, receives and registers lost items, in addition to providing accessibility support to elderly visitors and people of determination upon their request.

The team manages internal announcements of events and shows using microphones and screens, adding content, and playing music throughout the zoo. Among its services, the team also provides visitors with free lockers to keep their belongings upon request.  Finally, the centre attracts a large number of university students as interns, to help support them through their graduation projects.
