The UAE is experiencing a shift in weather due to a combination of surface low pressure from the East and high pressure from the West, along with a weak upper air low pressure system. Here's what residents can expect:

Rising Temperatures Across the Country

Expect fair to partly cloudy skies today, with convective clouds possibly forming in the eastern region by afternoon. Temperatures are forecast to gradually increase, reaching up to 46°C in internal areas and 42°C in coastal and island regions.

Humid Nights Ahead

Humidity levels are expected to rise overnight and into Saturday morning, especially over coastal areas, with relative humidity reaching up to 90% in some parts.

Light to Moderate Winds

Winds will be light to moderate, blowing at 10–20 km/h, occasionally reaching 35 km/h from northwesterly to southeasterly directions.

Calm Sea Conditions

The Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea will remain slight to calm, making it safe for coastal activities.

  • Internal Areas: 41–46 (Max), 22–27 (Min)
