The UAE is set to experience hot and dusty weather today, Friday, as weak low-pressure systems combine with an upper-air high-pressure ridge.

Daytime Heat and Dust

Expect fair skies across most regions. However, daytime will be marked by hot temperatures and occasional dusty conditions due to light to moderate winds that may freshen at times, reaching speeds of up to 40 km/h. Winds will blow from northwesterly to southwesterly directions.

Humid Nights on the Coast

Humidity is expected to increase by night and early Saturday morning, especially in some coastal areas. This could bring an uncomfortable feel despite clear skies.

Temperature Ranges

  • Coastal & Islands: 39°C to 46°C during the day, dropping to 24°C–28°C at night

  • Internal Areas: 42°C to 47°C max, with nighttime lows between 27°C and 32°C

  • Mountain Regions: 33°C to 38°C max, cooling to 23°C–29°C at night

Relative humidity will range from 60–80% in coastal regions at night, and 40–70% in mountainous areas.
