Michelin and Gault&Millau recognised chefs from across the palatial hotel, will join forces for a spectacular one-off brunch, amid panoramic views of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and Arabian Gulf.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 13 February 2024: Get ready for the ultimate Al Qasr Saturday brunch this March. In celebration of the award-winning restaurants and culinary talent across the opulent hotel, Jumeirah Al Qasr is set to give the ultimate gourmet makeover to its coveted Saturday brunch for one day only.

On March 2nd, The Big Gourmet Brunch will showcase the most exquisite dishes from eight distinct dining destinations, taking guests on a spectacular gastronomic journey, led by the resort’s distinguished culinary maestros, while vibrant entertainment from the live band and captivating dancers brings the venue to life with an electric ambiance.

The exquisite feast showcases mouth-watering international flavours, including chic French-Mediterranean cuisine from French Riviera Beach by innovative Executive Chef Kim Joinie Maurin, and French Riviera by Head Chef Remy Marquinon. Lovers of Levant cuisine will relish in the authentic flavours from Al Nafoorah by award-winning Head Chef Ali Fouad as well as traditional flavour-packed Indian dishes from Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia by Chef Aniket Chatterjee.

The bountiful brunch continues with a delicious selection of the finest butcher’s cuts and grill dishes from The Hide by Chef Eric Turgeon and aromatic fragrant Thai cuisine expertly crafted by Chef Amara Mahayothee of Pai Thai. No gastronomy experience at Jumeirah Al Qasr would be complete without a feast of signature Italian dishes from Pierchic by the much-loved Chef Beatrice Segoni. And last but certainly not least, leave room for the delicate and sweet creations from Jumeirah Al Qasr’s Executive Pastry Chef Dimitri Esposito.

With twelve different beverage stations, offering guests bottomless sips throughout the day and the exclusive Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar adding that extra sparkle, the afternoon will be nothing short of extraordinary!

Saturday from 1:00PM – 4:00PM | AED 450 per person inclusive of soft beverages, AED 550 per person inclusive of house beverages, AED 650 inclusive of prosecco, AED 750 inclusive of champagne and AED 325 per child between 4-11 years old.
