Sheikh Hamdan Visits the 28th Edition of Gulfood on Tuesday

The 28th edition of Gulfood, the largest annual global food, and beverage sourcing event in the world, was toured by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) on Tuesday.

Sheikh Hamdan said during his tour at the Gulfood, "Gulfood's success demonstrates Dubai's growing role in helping global industries chart new pathways for growth."

This year, at the Gulfood, there are 5000 exhibitors from 195 countries and more than 140,000 visitors are expected to visit the exhibition. 

Addressing the event, His Highness highlighted that Dubai is on pace to realize the ambitious aim of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai one of the top three cities in the world and the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

Gulfood brings together visitors from all around the world which is a testament to Dubai's first-rate infrastructure, connection, logistical capabilities, and services.
