This Local Bakery Crafts Dhs13,000 Cake for UAE's 52nd National Day

Dubai is gearing up for a sweet celebration as Mister Baker, one of the oldest bakeries in the UAE, unveils a grand cake weighing an impressive 52 kilograms in honor of the UAE's 52nd National Day, valued at Dhs13,000.

This magnificent themed cake is a visual feast featuring intricate depictions of iconic UAE landmarks, including the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Burj Khalifa, and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

It is a testament to both culinary artistry and national pride.

Crafted over three days by a team of four talented chefs led by Head Pastry Chef Ajith, the cake will be on display at Mister Baker's Umm Suqeim outlet from November 27th to December 3rd.

While this particular cake is for display purposes only, enthusiasts can order a similar creation, with a waiting period of 10 days for crafting and delivery.
