Dubai Announces New Parking Fees and Timings for Zone F

Dubai’s paid parking system has just undergone a major update! Parkin PJSC, the city’s largest public parking operator, has introduced new tariffs and extended paid hours for Zone F, which covers areas like Al Sufouh 2, The Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

What’s Changed?

From February 1, 2025, Zone F parking fees have increased, and paid hours have been extended from 8 AM to 10 PM—four hours longer than the previous 8 AM to 6 PM window.

New Zone F Parking Rates

  • 30 minutes – AED 2
  • 1 hour – AED 4
  • 2 hours – AED 8
  • 3 hours – AED 12
  • 4 hours – AED 16
  • 5 hours – AED 20
  • 6 hours – AED 24
  • 7 hours – AED 28
  • 24 hours – AED 32

What’s Coming Next?

Dubai is set to introduce the Variable Parking Tariff Policy by March 2025, which will implement peak and off-peak pricing:

Peak hours (8 AM – 10 AM & 4 PM – 8 PM)

  • Premium parking: AED 6 per hour
  • Regular public parking: AED 4 per hour
  • Off-peak hours (10 AM – 4 PM & 8 PM – 10 PM) – No price changes
  • Free parking from 10 PM to 8 AM and on Sundays

Dubai’s parking zones are divided into three categories and 11 zones (A to K), each with specific pricing and regulations based on location and usage.

For regular commuters in business districts like Dubai Media City and Internet City, these updates may impact daily costs, so plan accordingly!
