Fans Refuse Ranveer Singh as 'Don 3' as Farhan Akhtar Shares Teaser

Bollywood actor and director Farhan Akhtar has shared the teaser for one of the most anticipated movies 'Don 3', which has left fans speculating about Shah Rukh Khan's return to the film.

Akhtar shared the teaser on Twitter, which features the number three and the subtitle 'a new era begins'.

The teaser has left fans speculating if Shah Rukh Khan will feature in this film, as he featured in lead roles in the first two films of the franchise. 

There have been reports that Ranveer Singh will feature in a lead role in the third film. 

A user commented on Akhtar's teaser "This franchise shouldn’t be continued but I am sure Ranveer Singh will do the justice."

On the other hand, there have been users who refuse to accept Singh as the new Don.

Another Twitter user commented, "There's no need to call it Don 3 if you don't have SRK in it."

A fan of the 'Don' franchise wrote "U made a grave mistake Farhan casting someone else in the Role of Don!!"

A formal teaser announcing Ranveer Singh in the lead role is expected to be shared soon.

Singh is expected to start shooting for the film after wrapping up work in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali helmed 'Baiju Bawra'.

'Don 3' is expected to be released in 2025.
